• Description: A traditional Donald Ross designed course, located 20 miles west of Boston, close to the intersection of the Mass Pike and Rte. 95/128. If you have not played this pubilc course reently, it may be time to try it again. Recent improvements include many new tee boxes, much improved drainage throughout course, extensive tree removal/pruning, many new sand traps, and excellent bentgrass greens that range in speed from moderate to fast. Holes with significant elevation changes include the 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 18th. Best to pre-book a tee times, and Sandy Burr does host many touraments and leagues.
